And
His
Brain's
Dilemma
July 04, 2021
A dictum says: "Vladimir Putin is to be found in the details in his brain's firings and wirings as well as chemistry."
The constant dilemma of Mr. Putin's brain is how to keep the Russian vassals (who have been installed) in the central Asian as well as in the South Caucasus countries while Turkey and the USA and its European allies are penetrating into those regions.
Give President Putin a green light to invade Georgia,Azerbaijan,Moldova and Ukraine, he will play the role of a terrible tyrant who wants constantly to expand the borders of Russia everywhere.
An important advance in understanding the pathology of Mr. Putin's imprial ambitions is understanding of his brain in his decision- makings.
Why President Putin is thinking constantly that he can revive the former Soviet Union again by occupying the territories of other countries?
Is Mr. Putin an awkward man, a though dreamer of the Soviet Union?
Mr. Putin has a schizophrenic explanations about Josef Stalin.
Putin minds Josef Stalin had a dictatorial behaviour; but also Putin believes that Stalin served as the great leader in the former Soviet Union.
What's wrong with his brain?

Peter Dickinson writes:
" Putin’s most notorious and revealing comments on Ukraine were made to US President George Bush in 2008 during a NATO summit in Bucharest."
“You have to understand, George, that Ukraine is not even a country.”
Putin continues:
“Part of its territory is in Eastern Europe and the greater part was given to us.”
Mr. Dickinson addresses:
"While these statements accurately reflect the general tone of Putin’s policies towards Ukraine, their significance pales when compared to the catastrophic consequences of his 2014 decision to launch a military invasion."
The author explains:
"Russia’s attack on Ukraine began with the lightning seizure of Crimea."
The writer points out:
"This was followed by efforts to orchestrate anti-Ukrainian uprisings throughout the south and east of the country."
"More than seven years on," Mr. Dickinson writes, "sporadic fighting continues in eastern Ukraine and over 7% of the country remains under Russian occupation."

People do not have a pipeline to the truth of Mr. Putin's brain functionality.
The political experts would like to know what's wrong with him?
Expanding of the knowledge about the schizophrenic thinking of Mr. Putin is essential to understanding of his political decision-makings.
A deep understanding about the ways president Putin decides is helpful to have a good strategy about his violent decisions.
How do Mr. Putin manipulate everything;it is what not well understood for some reasons.
The objects of his reasoning are generally expansionism and the geopilitics in regards to hegemony of Russia in the South Causasus, Eastern Europe, Africa and Arctic.
The brain's complexity of Vladimir Putin is special.

Maybe somebody like the Madrid researcher Santiago Ramon y Cajal (1852-1934) should come and explain us about the kinds of firings, wirings of his brain and his decision-makings.
Peter Covney and Roger Highfield in chapter 9 of their 1995 book "The Frontiers of Complexity:The Search for Order in a Chaotic World" (New York,Fawcett Columbine) write:
"The brain is a child of the rich environment it experiences through its senses."(p.282)
The authors emphasize:
"The secret of the human brain's remarkable power lies in its extraoedinary complexity."(p.283)
Russia's president Vladimir Putin has a dilemma with the wirings, firings and the chemistry of his brain.
He reigns Russia as a tyrant and invades the territories of the former Soviet republics like Georgia, Azerbaijan, Moldova and Ukraine.
Mr. Putin names the Russian invaders to the Azerbaijani Karabakh as the peacekeepers while his Russian invaders are supporting the Armenian separatists in all possible ways.
Putin is supplying the Armenian separatists missiles, the advanced weapons (without money!), make propaganda in their favours and he is planning to give these separaritstd the Russian passports as he did in Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.
Vladimir Putin and his 2 cowboys Sergey Lavrov and sergey Shoigo really deserve to be nominated for the Noble Prize.
Why? Becsuse of their invasions, because of the territorial occupations in Georgia (Abkhasia and South Ossetia) in Azerbaijan (since Nov 10, 2020 more than 4000 sq km of the Karabakh is occupied by Russian troops)and Moldova (the Transnistria region) and Ukraine (Crimea since 2014 and the Eastern parts of Ukraine).
Because Putin and his co (Lavrov and Shoigo) are naming their Russian invaders as the peacekeepers!
They also deserve to receive a Nobel Prize for "charlatanism".
In the "Brave New World" of Mr. Putin, there is no surprise what more his brain complexity can do against humanity and against peace.
Mr. Putin wants Russia to dominate the world of Arificial Intelligence to do a loy of harms against humanity and peace.
Putin wants to enslave sience & technology for his imperial ambitions to dominate the world for dictating his commands to other nations.

Russia has always had the bad habits of stealing territories from other nations.
Before the October Revolution in 1917, the tzars and during the Soviet Union the Communisty Party and after the collapse of the Communist regime, Russian Federative had practiced the bad habits of stealing territories from other countries.
Russian rulers act like those monkeys whose mirror neurons are firing when they see the territories of other nations and then they believe that the territories of others also belong to them.
In Lesh Nihan Syndrome (Genetic disease), the affected people mutilate the parts of their own bodies, in Russian invasion & occupation syndrome, the chief of the Kremlin and his cowboys mutilate the territorial integrity of the former Soviet republics.
The Kremlin splits the territories of the former Soviet republics by aggressions and mutiliations of different regions and provinces from their motherlands.
The rulers in Russia before and after the Soviet Uion have annexed the stolen territories either to their own territories or to the territories of their ally Armenia.

Steven Pifer writes:
"March 18 marks the sixth anniversary of Russia’s illegal annexation of Crimea."
The author addresses:
"Attention now focuses on the Russian-Ukrainian conflict in Donbas, a conflict that has taken some 14,000 lives, but Moscow’s seizure of Crimea—the biggest land-grab in Europe since World War II—has arguably done as much or more damage to Europe’s post-Cold War security order."
Mr. Pifer explains:
"Ukraine lacks the leverage to restore sovereignty over Crimea, at least for the foreseeable future."
But that does not mean the West should accept it."
The writer points out:
"Doing so might only encourage the Kremlin to believe that taking the territory of other countries is an action that it can get away with."
Crimea’s Illegal
Annexation
Steven Pifer addresses:
"Ukraine’s Maidan Revolution ended in late February 2014, when President Victor Yanukovych fled Kyiv—later to turn up in Russia—and the Rada (Ukraine’s parliament) appointed an acting president and acting prime minister to take charge."
"They made clear," the author writes, "their intention to draw Ukraine closer to Europe by signing an association agreement with the European Union.

"Things moved quickly."
"By early March," the writer srates, "Russian troops had secured the entire peninsula."

"On March 6, the Crimean Supreme Council voted to ask to accede to Russia."
He explains:
"The council scheduled a referendum for March 16, which offered two choices:

The author says:
"Those who favored Crimea remaining part of Ukraine under the current constitution had no box to check."
Steven Pifer addresses:
"The conduct of the referendum proved chaotic and took place absent any credible international observers."
According to the writer:
"Local authorities reported a turnout of 83 percent, with 96.7 percent voting to join Russia."
Tbe ahthor explains:
"The numbers seemed implausible, given that ethnic Ukrainians and Crimean Tatars accounted for almost 40 percent of the peninsula’s population."

Mr. Pifer writes:
"Moscow expressed concern about the fate of ethnic Russians in Crimea, but no evidence showed any threat to them."
"The Russian government," the author addresses, "justified the referendum and annexation as an act of self-determination, though it appears that well less than half of the Crimean population actually voted to join Russia."
The writer points out:
"In any case, the Kremlin applies the principle of self-determination selectively;
Moscow responded to the desire of Chechens for independence from Russia after the Soviet collapse with two bloody conflicts."
Steven Pifer addresses:
"It appears that domestic politics provided one motive behind Putin’s decision to seize Crimea."
The author explains:
"He returned to the presidency in 2012 with an economic situation much weaker than during his first two terms as president (2000-2008)."
The writer points out:
"Instead of being able to cite economic growth and rising living standards, he based much of his reelection appeal on Russian nationalism."

Putin's
"Pathos"
In
The
Politics
July 04, 2021
Russia's president Vladimir Putin is used to crow but not 2 hours before dawn and light; instead forever when he launches the artillery of his lies and deception.
Over the years Mr. Putin has come across a number of spying activities, poisoning, imprisoning and the chain of corruptions and crimes about to be named as the political cockerel for crowing.

Mr. Putin's crowing is giving a devil message to be equppiped with the military weapons to occupy the territories of the former Soviet republics.
Mr. Putin's pathological crawing is a messagen from Putin's desire, from Mr. Putin's nostalgia for re-establushing the Soviet Union with a new format.
This crowing is an ultimatum to the former Soviet republics that there are plans for more occupations and more annexations.
Abkhasia, South Ossetia, Azetbaijani Karabakh, Moldova, Crimea and the Eastern parts of Ukraine are the beginning of Mr. Putin's occupation politics.
Mr. Putin'¢rowing is a pathological crowing and it is against the political activists [who reveal his crimes, his corruptions and his occupying politics] and against the territories of the former Soviet republics ]like Georgia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine and Moldova].
Everything about cockerels crowing is beautiful.
The cocks are beautiful anf they are used to begin their crowing habits before first light.
Everything about Vladimir Putin's crowing is ugly and manu people hate all kinds of pathological crowing from the Kremlin.
The political- and military's crowing from Mr. Putin with the hostility against other people is stinking!
The Kremlin's pathological crowing smells to wars ( Karabakh War is Mr. Putin's beloved pathological crowing) and destructions, deaths of mothers and babies are what the Kremlin loves.
When Mr. Putin comprehends that
he is going to be condemned for his corruptions, he launches his attacks.
When he knows that he is going to be damned for his crimes, for his dictatorial behavior and for poisoning of the opppnents, for imprisoning of the innocent people and killing of his opponents inside and outside of the country, then he begins his political crowing.
When Mr. Putin is damned, then he begins to crow politically against others as if he is a good man and others are evils.
Why Mr. Putin as a merciless dictator [and as a corrupt politician] would like to crow like cocks but not like them before dawn but forever in the dark corridors of power?
People know exactly who is this dangerous man (Vladimir Putin), the man who has been jumped into the power in the Kremlin from the KGB activities in his career.

Mr. Putin is crowing pathologically [not similar to cockerels with healthy crowing] and this Vladimir's pathos is embedded in his chronological crowing for harming of his political opponents.
The tzar of the Kremlin [in Moscow] is crowing against millions of people in the former Soviet republics who hate his colonial politics.

Mr. Shinkman explains:
"And the two leaders agreed to form working groups on issues of mutual concern, such as cybersecurity. But again, there, Putin sought to obfuscate the issue, claiming the U.S. has been uncooperative with Russian investigations into cyberattacks on its infrastructure that originated in the U.S., and he distanced Moscow from any involvement in the Colonial Pipeline hacking that temporarily seized the movement of gas along the East Coast last month."
The author quotes President Putin as saying:
"We believe cybersecurity is extremely important."
Mr. Shinkman writes:
Putin claimed that Russia's recent buildup along the border with Ukraine was a defensive maneuver."
The author addresses:
President Putin claimed that his decision to outlaw an opposition party led by Navalny this month was in the interest of securing civil society – not Putin's own political future."
Paul D. Shinkman addresses
"He [Putin] offered other falsehoods about Russia's domestic unrest and foreign policy.
The author quotes President Putin is telling reporters [at the press conference when asked about the fate of jailed Russian dissident Alexei Navalny, who American leaders fear will die in prison outside Moscow]:
"Look at American streets. People are getting killed there."
Mr. Putin adds:
"People who are leading certain political organizations, you can get a bullet in the back of your neck."

The author states:

Mr. Shinkman writes:
"In keeping with his intent on promoting himself as a global leader, Putin applauded Biden as

"Dear academia, it's time for a reset, enough of short-term contracts, exploitation & insecurity.
Most bright ECRs [early career researchers] are forced to drop out of science. It's a vicious cycle & after 12 years you are finally 'officially' kicked out from the German education system. #IchBinHanna"
Ms. Wagner points out:
"These tweets describe the careers and life experiences of scientists at German universities and research institutes."

The writer addresses:
"Back-to-back fixed-term contracts, forced to move every few years to maintain a job, continuing research while on unemployment benefits after their contracts are up, and then, after 12 years on temporary contracts, banned from doing any more contract work at German universities under a legal framework that is supposedly in place to protect researchers."
"That's the situation," Ms. Wagner writes, "for researchers who can't find a permanent job in Germany — and such positions are rare."
The author points out:
"According to the German Federal Statistical Office, 87% of academics were employed on fixed-term contracts in 2019."
Ms. Wagner explains:
"This sounds very familiar to me:
I too used to want to be a scientist — a biologist to be exact."
"But," she addresses, "after getting my master's degree, I decided to go into journalism instead (yet another profession with often precarious working conditions)."
Sophia Wagner writes:
"The industry's high competitiveness and the likelihood I would have to work many unpaid overtime hours and frequently need to move around didn't make scientific research a very appealing career choice for me."

A law that 'backfired’
Ms. Wagner writes:
"Several factors make insecure employment at German universities a common experience for many. One major factor is legal."
"A particular law, the author addresses, "introduced in 2007, called the "Wissenschaftszeitvertragsgesetz" (WissZeitVG for short), stipulates that "scientific and artistic staff" may work for a maximum of 12 years on fixed-term contracts at universities in Germany."

Sophia Wagner explains:
"For many researchers, that means six years up until they have finished a PhD and six years afterwards."
She writes:
"After that, researchers need to secure a permanent position if they want to keep working in academia."
The author addresses:
"The law was originally intended to put an end to endless fixed-term contracts in academia that prevented researchers from ever attaining secure, ongoing positions."
The writer quotes Kristin Eichhorn a literary academic from the University of Paderborn in northwest Germany as saying:
"But of course, that backfired."
"It has, on the contrary, led to people not being hired at all," Ms. Eichorn told DW."

In

Alp.az reports Mr. Tofiq Zulfugarov as saying:
"Sometimes we say that there should be a peace agreement. Mr. President also said this."
"But," the former Azerbaijanj Forign Minister addresses, "there is some public opinion against it."
He explains:
"We must be clear. People say that if the lands of Zangazur are not returned to us, why a peace agreement? We have the power."
Question:
Mr. Zulfugarov asks:
'Why should we thank someone for giving us a railway? Geopolitical bases have been formed for these views as well."
Mr. Zulfugarov explains:
"I am against the peace agreement."
He raises the question:
"What we need is a peace agreement, because the borders are fixed. Why?"
The political expert addresses:
"The unfair borders that were formed during the Soviet era give these lands to Armenians."
Mr. Zulfugsrov asks:
"Why do we need this agreement now that we are in this power?"
"How will the issue of compensation be resolved?"
Mr. Zulfugarov adds:
"Let's not forget the compensation."
He asks;
"How will you conclude a peace agreement if the issue of compensation is not resolved?"
"It is also unacceptable."

Mr. Pifer explains:
"Almost immediately thereafter, armed men began occupying key facilities and checkpoints on the Crimean peninsula."
The author points out:
"Clearly professional soldiers by the way they handled themselves and their weapons, they wore Russian combat fatigues but with no identifying insignia."
The writer states:
"Ukrainians called them “little green men.”"
Steven Pifer addresses:
"President Vladimir Putin at first flatly denied these were Russian soldiers, only to later admit that they were and award commendations to their commanders."
According to the author:
"The sizeable Ukrainian military presence in Crimea stayed in garrison."
"If shooting began," the writer notes, "Kyiv wanted the world to see the Russians fire first."
Mr. Pifer points out:
"Ukraine’s Western partners urged Kyiv not to take precipitate action."
The writer explains:
"Since many enlisted personnel in the Ukrainian ranks came from Crimea, Ukrainian commanders probably had less than full confidence in the reliability of their troops."

Steven Pifer addresses:
"Things moved quickly."
"By early March," the writer srates, "Russian troops had secured the entire peninsula."
Mr. Pifer adds:
"On March 6, the Crimean Supreme Council voted to ask to accede to Russia."
He explains:
"The council scheduled a referendum for March 16, which offered two choices:
join Russia or return to Crimea’s 1992 constitution, which gave the peninsula significant autonomy."
(Two months later, a leaked report from the Russian president’s Human Rights Council put turnout at only 30 percent, with about half of those voting to join Russia.)

"In any case, the Kremlin applies the principle of self-determination selectively;
Mr. Pifer notes:
"Seizing Crimea in a quick and relatively bloodless operation proved very popular with the Russian public."
"Putin’s approval rating climbed accordingly."

"Crimean Tatars complain of intimidation and oppression as one reason for moving."
"During the same period," the author explains, "some 250,000 people have moved from Russia to Crimea (Crimean Tatar leaders claim the influx is much larger)."

Putin's
"Pathos"
In
The

Mr. Putin's behaviour in crowing is pathological and dangerous.
Mr. Putin's pathological crowing is for the political reasons and the wealth behind it and it is directed against other people.

Paul D. Shinkman addresses
"A briefing room in Geneva became a global stage for President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday to offer the brand of obfuscation that has accompanied his increased grip on power in Russia."
"A woman is running away from police," President Putin continues, "and she gets shot in the back."
Mr. Shinkman points out:
"The American president refused Russia's offer for a joint press conference."
The author states:
-
"Putin's responses followed a two-hour meeting with Biden at the high-profile summit at an 18th century manor house."
Mr. Shinkman writes:
"In keeping with his intent on promoting himself as a global leader, Putin applauded Biden as
"an experienced statesman," who, unlike Trump, did not avoid questions about America's human rights record."

"Scientists at German universities are speaking out against precarious working conditions. Job insecurity and a lack of support are also problems at universities in other EU countries and the UK."
The author explains:
"Since mid-June 2021, thousands of tweets tagged #IchbinHanna ("I am Hanna") from frustrated researchers in Germany have been doing the rounds on Twitter."
